Your stay
How many people does the villa sleep?
The villa sleeps up to six guests. There are three bedrooms — two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed — plus a sofa bed in the living room.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00, check-out between 08:00 and 11:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. There is no minimum check-in age.
Are children charged?
Children of all ages may stay. From the age of four they are charged the adult rate. Cots and extra beds are not available.
Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The entire unit is on the ground floor and adapted for wheelchair users.
The villa and its rules
Is the pool available all year?
The pool is outdoors and seasonal, so it is open through the warm season. The hot tub on the covered terrace and the sauna in the living room are available year-round.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately not — pets are not allowed in the villa.
Is smoking allowed, and can I hold a celebration?
Smoking and parties are not permitted. The villa is meant for a quiet family holiday and small gatherings.
Where do I park?
There is free private parking beside the villa, inside the enclosed grounds.
Are towels and linen included?
They are, along with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathrooms.
Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
Fully. A refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware, alongside a separate dining area.
Does the villa have Wi-Fi?
It does, free of charge, throughout. With a desk, it also suits a few days of remote work.
How is the villa heated and cooled?
Every room has its own air conditioning unit, and the villa also has heating and an air purifier.
Practical
How far is the villa from Varaždin and Zagreb?
The centre of Varaždin is eleven kilometres away, about fifteen minutes by car. Zagreb and Franjo Tuđman Airport are seventy kilometres away.
How do I pay for the stay?
You confirm a booking with a deposit of €100 by bank transfer — we email the details as soon as you book. The rest is paid on arrival, in cash or by transfer. Card payment is coming shortly.
